Overton Sales offers a streamlined recruitment process for sales positions.  Think of it as outsourcing the time you’d spend recruiting in house.

We can handle the entire process from helping with writing the job spec, to placing the adverts and managing the interview process.  Our fee’s are transparent and fixed from the start and there are no additional commissions paid.

We only cover the recruitment of sales people because that’s where our expertise and experience lies.  Sales people can be challenging during the interview process as they start to mirror the audience they are presenting to.  That’s a good thing, but it can make cutting through to their true nature more challenging.  Having another sales person on the interview panel can aid with that.

Every recruitment process is different but a standard recruitment for an experienced sales representative, including two interview rounds can start from £1,000.
